Help for MP3 New Users
To our Friends who are new to MP3 Music:
1. MP3 players for PCs are free, If you don't have one, please
click here to download MP3Player or click here to download Real Audio, or MusicMatch
2. A dialog box will appear when you start to download
songs, remember what file you are saving your song(s) to. If you have Musicmatch
Player, that can be configured under options to automatically save your files wherever you
choose. Actually my favorite is MusicMatch .
You could actually download MP3 (cheaper) & then make your own CDs.
3. If you plan to download a number of MP3s, or MP3
Album, you may want to do this when you retire for the night; MP3 files or somewhat
lengthy.
Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ's)
1.
After buying a downloadable file, why does my computer automatically play the
file instead of prompting to download the file to my computer?
The reason is because most MP3
players try to automate the process and they set an option by default to play
the MP3 file rather than download it. To get around this follow the
instructions below based on your MP3 player. If you have a program other than
the players mentioned below, you are looking to turn on an option that says
"Confirm before downloading" which needs to be checked. Some programs may not
have this option so you may need to get a MP3 player that will allow you to
download instead of just playing the music file.
In MusicMatch, do the
following:
Click OPTIONS, then click SETTINGS. Under the
section titled "When downloading music files from the web ....", put a check
next to the message that says, "Confirm before downloading, then continue by
clicking OK to accept your changes. This will give you an option to save the
file the next time to go to download the file from the website.
2. I
messed up the downloading, what can I do?
You may go to the left frame
where it says: "Need to re-download, click here. It will ask for your
email address & password. You may re-download your files.
